We expect out plants to arrive at you house as they left our nursery, very green, lush and healthy. The transit period is 48 hours and the lack of light and water should not be a problem. However if any plants that arrive damaged or are in a poor condition we are happy to replace them free of charge, as long as you contact us by email with an attached photograph of the damaged plant within 48 hours of the plant being delivered.
If you decide you would like to return any of your chosen plants because you have decided you do not like the plant choice after all, we are happy to substitute the plant. The cost of the returned and substitute delivery will have to be paid for by yourself.
