Buddleja davidii 'Royal Red'
Not actually red, it is a deep Purple that has reddish centre of each small flowers. When you step back, it does look slightly red. And with more acidic soils, it goes more red similar to Hydrangea flowers changing colour. Davidii is a vigorous medium sized semi evergreen shrub up to 3m, arching growth & grey green leaves.
