Cornus kousa chinensis
kousa is a large deciduous shrub or a small tree, depending on the way the plants encorouged to grow when young. kousa var. chinensis, is an unusual Cornus that has striking white flowers and leathery ovate leaves that turn a fantastic red and orange in the autumn. It is a slow growing plant that is hardy and very easy to look after, minimal pruning is needed. This is one of our most popular plants, and we absolutely love it for a decorative tree that has the wow factor.
