Hydrangea paniculata 'Grandiflora’
Hydrangea paniculata ‘Grandiflora’ one of the older forms of paniculata has very white flowers, the larger flowers that make up the cone scatter delicately upwards. A more subtle paniculata but still it is lovely.
paniculata offers many variants, most are absolutely brilliant medium sized, upright growing deciduous shrub with slightly glossy ovate leaves. Masses of large flowers, that bloom in the second half of Summer for weeks and weeks, with distinctive white or creamy white conical flower heads made up of two sizes flowers, small fertile flowers and larger sterile flowers typical of Hydrangea.
