Prunus serrula 'Tibetica'

- +
The Tibetan Cherry tree, Prunus serrula 'Tibetica is a hardy small deciduous tree, in which its stems have one of the stand out features of any plant in the garden, shining coppery brown bark. It forms a compact rounded canopy that will grow up to eight meters at a very sloe rate. Like so many of the flowering cherry trees, it flowers in clusters and its flowers are brilliant white in early Spring, narrow dark green leaves turn an attractive yellow in the autumn. Very happy in most soils that drain well.
